In issue iMicknl#361, @iMicknl and I decided that this library won't include support for some custom firmware from Ziggo. Instead, I've added a note to the readme documenting this and referring to my library, https://github.com/mgyucht/sagemcom-f3896lg-zg-api, for this case.
